CIC Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term - innovating methods of operation, enhancing care for union members

This is an important political event to evaluate trade union activities in the 2023-2025 period, determine the direction of the new term and elect the Executive Committee of the 4th term.

In the past term, the CIC Trade Union has synchronously deployed tasks, closely following the orientation of the Vietnam Bank Trade Union and the Party Committee of the agency, thereby achieving many outstanding results in various fields. In particular, CIC Trade Union is honored to be recognized as a typical advanced collective at the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress for Workers and Employees in 2025 - affirming the role and positive contributions of the unit in the emulation movement of the Industry.

Speaking at the Congress, Ms. Nguyen Khanh Chi, Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam Banking Trade Union, acknowledged and commended the outstanding achievements of the CIC Trade Union for the 2023-2025 term. Propose that for the 2025-2030 term, CIC Trade Union continue to focus on propagating the Party and Trade Union resolutions, promoting the movement "Good workers, Creative workers", innovating methods of operation, applying digital technology, caring for union members' rights, especially women's work, while effectively managing finances and strengthening supervision.

At the same time, Ms. Nguyen Khanh Chi also expressed her confidence that the CIC trade union movement will continue to develop, contributing to the success of CIC and the Vietnamese banking industry.

With a democratic and responsible spirit, the Congress elected 9 members to the Executive Committee of the CIC Trade Union, term IV, 2025-2030; and elected 1 official delegate and 1 delegate on a temporary basis to attend the 8th Congress of the Vietnam Bank Trade Union.
