The grassroots trade union of the Vietnam Banking Trade Union will complete the Congress before November 30, 2025
Hanoi To ensure the grassroots Congress is held on schedule and with quality, the Vietnam Bank Trade Union trains grassroots union officials on organization.
Chairmen, Vice Chairmen, and Executive Committee members of 19 grassroots trade unions; 5 grassroots trade unions attended online at the connecting points.
The training content includes: Guidelines for the Congress organization process; personnel preparation process; guidelines for spending regimes and regulations related to organizing Trade Union Congresses at all levels, towards the 8th Congress of the Vietnam Banking Trade Union, term 2025 - 2030.
According to the plan, the grassroots level will complete the Congress before November 30, 2025, so units need to be proactive and urgent in implementing preparations in accordance with the instructions of the Vietnam Banking Trade Union.
Units need to develop a detailed and scientific organization plan, ensuring the criteria of thrift, solemnity, and compliance with regulations. The political report of the Congress needs to be concise, close to reality, focusing on evaluating the results of implementing the Resolution of the 7th Congress, while clearly defining the goals, key tasks and specific solutions for the coming term.
