Cao Bang Trade Union summarizes work in 2025

On January 16, the Cao Bang Provincial Federation of Labor (CFF) held the 2nd Executive Committee Conference, term XVIII (expanded), summarizing Trade Union activities in 2025 and deploying tasks for 2026. Mr. Be Dang Khoa, Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor, chaired the conference.

In 2025, Trade Unions at all levels will proactively and effectively implement the theme "Focus on developing union members; participating in building a clean and strong Party".

The work of developing union members and establishing grassroots unions, especially in the non-state sector, has been promoted; the whole province has established 9 new grassroots unions with 833 union members.

During the year, the Union introduced 294 outstanding union members to the Party for consideration, of which 145 union members were admitted.

Activities to care for and protect workers' rights have been implemented synchronously. On the occasion of Lunar New Year, Trade Unions at all levels presented more than 11,600 gifts, with a total cost of over 5 billion VND.

The union also promptly supported union members affected by natural disasters, storms and floods with a total amount of hundreds of millions of VND; promoted social security activities, and built a "Union Shelter".

Propaganda and education work continues to be innovated, digital technology is applied, contributing to raising awareness and skills for union members and workers.

In 2026, the Provincial Federation of Labor set many key targets such as developing 500 new union members, establishing 8 grassroots unions; 85% of enterprises with grassroots unions signing collective labor agreements; 90% of grassroots unions applying digital technology in their operations.

On this occasion, 74 individuals were awarded the "For the cause of building the Vietnam Trade Union Organization" Medal.
