Digital transformation in trade union activities in Dong Nai
Dong Nai - On January 20, the Provincial Federation of Labor and the Provincial Department of Science and Technology deployed digital transformation coordination in trade union activities.
This is one of the contents to implement the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030 on promoting innovation, strongly applying digital transformation in trade union activities from the province to the grassroots level.
At the meeting, the two units discussed contents related to promoting the application of digital transformation in all union activities, creating a strong change in union member management, propaganda, dialogue, care for and gathering union members and workers.
At the same time, build a synchronous digitalization system and deploy appropriate technological solutions to meet the requirements and management scale of about 2,300 grassroots unions in the area.
