Ms. Le Thi Le re-elected as Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Can Tho City Hematology and Blood Transfusion Hospital

During the term, the Hospital Trade Union has coordinated with the government to fully implement policies for civil servants and employees (VC-NLD) on the occasion of the Lunar New Year. The Executive Committee of the union promptly mobilized and visited union members and their families in times of trouble, illness, or retirement... with a total amount of 63.7 million VND. Every year, the unit organizes periodic health check-ups for VC-NLD of the hospital and creates a book to monitor their health status.

The grassroots trade union also mobilizes VC-NLD to participate in voluntary blood donation on holidays, Tet and when needed for emergency patients; mobilizes contributions to support social work to the Fund for the Poor, the Golden Heart Fund, the Natural Disaster and Flood Fund, the Le Huu Trac Education Promotion Fund, etc.

Every year, to achieve the feat of celebrating major holidays April 30, May 1, Quoc Khanh September 2... The Trade Union coordinates with youth unions to organize sports festivals with folk games that both take the form of entertainment activities and educate and review the heroic struggle tradition of the nation, arousing patriotism of VC-NLD.

Speaking at the congress, Vice President of the Can Tho City Labor Federation (CLF) Tran Tu Nhien acknowledged and highly appreciated the outstanding results of the Hospital Trade Union in recent times.

Entering the new term, the Vice President of the City Labor Federation suggested that the grassroots trade unions continue to propose solutions to improve working conditions, increase income and reduce pressure for cadres, civil servants and employees; focus on launching and effectively maintaining in-depth and creative emulation movements to improve work quality and efficiency; innovate forms of living, cultural and sports activities, create an environment of solidarity and attachment within the unit, etc.

The Congress elected 7 comrades to the Executive Committee of the new term Trade Union; elected 1 official delegate and 1 alternate delegate to attend the 1st Congress of the Can Tho City Trade Union, term 2025 - 2030. Ms. Le Thi Le was re-elected as Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Can Tho Hematology and Blood Transfusion Hospital, term 2025-2030.
