Ms. Hoang Thanh Truc becomes Chairman of the Trade Union of Soc Trang Seafood Company

During his term, the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union has demonstrated a high sense of responsibility, closely coordinated with trade union groups and union members in all activities to complete the task and achieve the title of "Strong grassroots trade union" for many consecutive years.

The employment situation and life of union members and workers are stable and increasingly improved. Labor safety and hygiene, night work, overtime, etc. are implemented in accordance with regulations.

The Executive Committee of the Trade Union regularly cares about, updates the situation and organizes visits to members and employees in difficulty to promptly share and support, with a total amount of nearly 834 million VND. Every year, on the occasion of holidays, Lunar New Year, Mid-Autumn Festival, Children's Festival... the Trade Union organizes gifts for union members, employees and children, with a total amount of over 7.8 billion VND.

In addition, the Trade Union groups also maintain the movement "The healthy leaves cover the torn leaves", mobilize voluntary donations to share and help union members in difficult circumstances. Ms. Hoang Thanh Truc was re-elected as Chairman of the Trade Union of Soc Trang Seafood Joint Stock Company for the 2025-2030 term.
