Ms. Nguyen Thi Thao Duy becomes Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Be Ngoan Kindergarten

In the past term, the Trade Union coordinated with the Board of Directors to arrange labor reasonably, promote democratic rights at the grassroots level, ensure the Organization and operation regulations of the school, and actively care for the lives of union members and workers.

Accordingly, the allowances for teachers' careers, seniority; train and bus allowances, holidays and Tet in the year are implemented in accordance with regulations. The grassroots trade union has participated with the government in providing grants for difficulties when members and their families are sick or in need (from 300,000 - 500,000 VND/meal); organizing annual health check-ups for officials and employees.

The union regularly organizes cultural and sports activities to celebrate major holidays of the year, contributing to creating solidarity and cohesion between colleagues, relatives and friends.

Through the implementation of the patriotic emulation movement, union cadres and VC-NLD have strived to work with orientation, family background, and improved work quality; closely linking emulation with rewards, encouragement, and motivation to complete political tasks of the collective and individuals.

Speaking at the conference, Vice President of the Can Tho City Labor Federation (CLF) Tran Tu Nhien acknowledged and praised the efforts and high sense of responsibility of the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union and union members and employees at the school with many valuable results.

Looking forward to the new term, the Vice President of the City Labor Federation suggested that the grassroots trade unions continue to promote propaganda work, associated with the application of information technology and digital transformation; focus on launching and effectively maintaining in-depth and creative emulation movements; continue to build the grassroots trade union executive committee to truly be a united, capable, close-knit collective, grasping and promptly resolving the legitimate thoughts and aspirations of union members and employees.

The Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Be Ngoan Kindergarten consists of 3 comrades. Ms. Nguyen Thi Thao Duy is the Chairwoman of the Truong Trade Union, term 2025-2030.
