Ms. Do Thi Huong appointed to hold the position of President of the Hung Yen Provincial Federation of Labor
Hung Yen - The Vietnam General Confederation of Labor has just announced the decision to appoint the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, the Provincial Federation of Labor Inspection Committee and related positions.
At the 1st Hung Yen Provincial Trade Union Congress held on the morning of December 27, representatives of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (VGCL) announced the Decisions to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Inspection Committee, positions in the Executive Committee, Inspection Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor, term I, 2025 - 2030; Decision to appoint delegates to attend the 14th Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, term 2026-2031.
Accordingly, the Executive Committee of the Hung Yen Provincial Federation of Labor for the 2025 - 2030 term was appointed with 27 members; the Standing Committee with 8 members and the Inspection Committee with 7 members.
The Vietnam General Confederation of Labor also announced the decision to appoint 17 official delegates and 2 alternate delegates to attend the 14th Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, term 2026-2031.
Ms. Do Thi Huong was appointed to hold the position of President of the Hung Yen Provincial Federation of Labor; Ms. Pham Thi Thang held the position of Vice President of the Hung Yen Provincial Federation of Labor.
Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Do Thi Huong - President of the Hung Yen Provincial Federation of Labor thanked the Congress, leaders at all levels and all cadres, union members, workers, civil servants and laborers of Hung Yen province for their trust and confidence.
In his assigned position, the Chairman of the Hung Yen Provincial Federation of Labor said that he will work with the Executive Committee of the Hung Yen Provincial Federation of Labor, term I, to promote the spirit of solidarity, responsibility, innovation in the way the Trade Union operates, focus on the grassroots, and better care for the lives, rights and legitimate interests of union members and workers.
After 2 working days, the 1st Hung Yen Provincial Trade Union Congress has completed all the contents and programs set out. With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", the Congress demonstrated the determination to build the Hung Yen Provincial Trade Union organization to be increasingly strong, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new situation, truly a reliable support for union members and workers.
