9 peak days of organizing the Congress of Commune, Ward and Special Zone Trade Unions in Lam Dong

On October 24, Lam Dong Provincial Federation of Labor announced that according to the registration, commune, ward and Phu Quy Special Zone Trade Union will organize a congress for the 2025-2030 term from October 23 to 31.

Currently, the whole province has 10 commune, ward and Phu Quy Special Zone Trade Unions. The Provincial Federation of Labor is focusing on directing and guiding to ensure that congresses are organized in accordance with regulations, democratically and achieve good results.

Mr. Nguyen Phu Hoang, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front - Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation, said that trade union congresses at all levels are an important political activity of union members and workers.

In order for units to organize this congress well, the Provincial Federation of Labor has organized 3 training conferences and specific instructions for nearly 2,000 grassroots union officials.

Thanks to that, units are more proactive in preparing content, personnel and conditions for organizing congresses for the 2025-2030 term.

Along with that, Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation has established 5 groups to direct trade union congresses. These groups will directly attend and direct trade union congresses in communes, wards, special zones and grassroots trade unions with a large number of union members and workers.

For the remaining grassroots trade unions, the Chairmen of the trade unions of communes, wards and special zones are authorized to attend and direct the congress.

Up to now, the trade unions of communes, wards and special zones in Lam Dong have carefully prepared the content, personnel, programs and scenarios; ready to successfully organize this term congress, according to the set plan, Mr. Nguyen Phu Hoang affirmed.

Mr. Nguyen Thien Tam, Chairman of the Phu Quy Special Zone Trade Union (Lam Dong province) said that although the special zone is more than 100km from the mainland, the atmosphere towards the trade union congress still spreads widely.
