5 grassroots trade unions selected by Da Nang Trade Union to organize congresses

News from the Da Nang City Labor Federation on October 21 said: The City Labor Federation has selected 5 grassroots unions in industrial parks as a point of meeting to learn from experience and direct the remaining units.

The 5 selected grassroots trade unions include: RGM Da Nang Co., Ltd.'s grassroots trade union; Celebrity Fashion Vina Co., Ltd.; Makitech Da Nang Co., Ltd.; Cheng shing Piston Vietnam Co., Ltd. and Sen Vang Garment Export Co., Ltd.

During the past term, these grassroots trade unions have promoted their role as representatives, caregivers, and protectors of the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers.

Many practical activities have been effectively implemented such as: Organizing periodic dialogues with employers; launching emulation movements "Good workers, Creative workers", "Green - Clean - Beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene", "Good at public work, good at housework", "Culture - Sports".

At the same time, support union members in difficult circumstances, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises.

The successful organization of 5 congresses, especially two point congresses, not only demonstrates the proactive and responsible spirit of grassroots unions.

This is also an important premise for the City Labor Federation to learn from experience and direct the organization of congresses at the remaining units in the coming time, creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere among union members and workers, towards the 11th Da Nang City Labor Union Congress, term 2025-2030.
