Dialogue, improving the rights of workers at grassroots trade unions

On August 9, in an exchange with a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper, the Quang Tri Provincial Labor Federation said that the grassroots trade union of Le Ninh Joint Stock Company had just organized a dialogue conference between the company's leaders and employees.

With a spirit of democracy, frankness and constructiveness, the conference recorded 18 opinions and recommendations from workers related to regimes, policies, working conditions and solutions to improve production and business efficiency.

The opinions were directly listened to, exchanged and answered by the Company's leaders at the conference. Through this, many contents were clarified, creating consensus among the collective of employees.

Among them, there are many opinions proposing to increase the bonus level for employees who achieve excellent rankings in latex extraction and good rankings in monthly and year-end garden care.

Employees believe that adjusting the appropriate bonus level will create more motivation to improve productivity, work quality and promote the emulation movement in the Company.

Leaders of Le Ninh Joint Stock Company acknowledged the spirit of responsibility and dedication of employees to production and business activities. The opinions and recommendations were received and studied by the Company to consider and adjust to suit the actual conditions, ensuring harmony of interests between the Company and employees.

The dialogue conference is a practical activity to promote the right to mastery of employees, strengthen direct exchanges between the Company and employees.

Thereby, contributing to building harmonious and stable labor relations and creating consensus in the process of performing production and business tasks.
