On the occasion of the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026, on the morning of February 12, in Chan Thinh commune, Mr. Pham Trong Nghia - Specialized Member of the National Assembly's Committee for Culture and Society - and the working delegation visited, wished Tet and presented gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances belonging to Nghia Lo Ward Trade Union and poor households and policy families in the area.

According to the report of the Nghia Lo Ward Trade Union, the unit currently manages 58 grassroots trade unions with 2,858 union members, the area is about 250km2 across many highland communes, and travel conditions are still difficult. Chan Thinh commune alone has 5 enterprises and cooperatives with 135 union members participating in the trade union organization.

On this occasion, 50 union members and workers in difficult circumstances were given Tet gifts, each worth 1.3 million VND; 15 gifts were also sent to policy households and poor households in Chan Thinh commune, contributing to helping people welcome a warmer new spring.
