Giving gifts to union members and employees of EM-Tech Vietnam Co., Ltd

On the morning of January 31, Ms. Tran Thi Van - Provincial Party Committee Member, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation (NA Delegation) of Bac Ninh province visited, wished Tet and presented gifts to union members and workers at EM-Tech Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Yen Phong Industrial Park).

Accompanying him was Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung - Vice Chairman of the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation.

At the working session, representatives of EM-Tech Vietnam Co., Ltd. gave a general report on business results in 2025. Despite facing many challenges, the company still maintains stable jobs for 1,300 workers with an average income of 10 million VND/person/month.

In particular, the work of caring for life is focused on through practical activities such as: Tet bonus of 1 month of basic salary (13th month salary) for all officials and employees; and at the same time, each employee is given a gift worth 380,000 VND.

At the program, Ms. Tran Thi Van and delegates presented Tet gifts from the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee of the province to the company collective and 100 Tet gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances, each gift including 1 million VND in cash and in-kind gifts worth 300,000 VND. Previously, Ms. Tran Thi Van visited the production workshop, and inquired about the working conditions and lives of workers.
