Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation awards 965 bus tickets to workers

Luxshare Group Vietnam (Bac Ninh province) has just organized a program to honor outstanding employees in 2025.

Speaking at the program, Mr. Pham Van Thinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation praised the shining examples in the company's work; at the same time, he highly appreciated Luxshare Vietnam Group for organizing a program to honor it, this is an extremely meaningful activity, affirming the correct philosophy, which is: People are the most valuable asset. A business can only go far if it knows how to respect and treat those who have accompanied it well.

Mr. Pham Van Thinh suggested that the Board of Directors of Luxshare Vietnam Group continue to pay more attention to the material and spiritual life of workers, not only salary and bonus but also a safe working environment, housing areas, playgrounds and learning conditions for workers' children.

In addition, the Provincial Federation of Labor and grassroots trade unions must truly be a "pill", a reliable bridge to listen to and protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers, so that they can work and produce with peace of mind according to the motto " settling down and making a living".

Mr. Pham Van Thinh emphasized that the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee of Bac Ninh province are committed to always accompanying and creating the most favorable conditions for the investment environment and social infrastructure for Luxshare ICT Van Trung and Luxshare ICT-Vietnam to stand on the foot of sustainable development, so that every worker working here feels proud and happy. The province also always cares about developing social housing, ensuring to meet the housing needs of workers and laborers working in the province.

At the conference, Mr. Pham Van Thinh and leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation and the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board awarded the certificate of "Outstanding Enterprise for Workers" in 2025 of the Provincial Labor Federation to Luxshare-ICT Limited Liability Company (Van Trung) and Luxshare-ICT Limited Liability Company (Vietnam); 110 outstanding workers in 2025 were honored.

On this occasion, the Provincial Federation of Labor presented 965 bus tickets and 417 Tet gifts to the Company's workers on the occasion of the Lunar New Year. The Company's leaders honored 450 employees with outstanding achievements in building an increasingly developed company.

Within the framework of the program, there are cultural activities, lucky draws with many attractive gifts with a total gift value of up to 5.2 billion VND.
