This is a souvenir and gift to honor employees who have been with the company for a long time, included in the Collective Labor Agreement by the grassroots Trade Union.

Accordingly, all employees who have worked continuously for 15 years will be given a souvenir by the company of 1 tael of gold 18k/person. 2026 is the year with the largest number of people receiving gold prizes since its inception. Previously, each year, only a few people were given gifts, mainly those transferred from the parent company in Ho Chi Minh City to work here. The most recent time was on November 8, 2025, giving to 17 union members and workers with 15 years of seniority.
