Workers in Hoa Binh area celebrate Tet with thousands of shopping vouchers

From early morning, a large number of union members and workers from businesses in the industrial park were present to participate in the program.

At the program, Tet care activities were deployed synchronously, close to the actual needs of workers. Accordingly, 576 union members and workers were supported with cash of 1 million VND/person, transferred directly to personal accounts; 100 union members were given Tet gifts with a total value of 135 million VND.

Receiving support money right before Tet, I really feel relieved. For workers far from home, having this additional amount can take care of a more decent Tet for their families," shared Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong, a worker at CoAsia CM Vina Joint Stock Company.

According to Ms. Hong, the meaning of the gift is not only in material value, but also in timely encouragement to help workers feel secure in sticking with their work.

Along with direct support, the "Trade Union Tet Market - Spring 2026" has brought many preferential and practical shopping activities. The organizers awarded 500 0-dong shopping vouchers, each worth 350 thousand VND; and also issued 500 shopping vouchers worth 300 thousand VND/voucher, helping union members and workers save costs while still ensuring Tet needs.

For workers far from home, the program has supported 307 bus tickets to return home for Tet, creating conditions for workers to reunite with their families after a year of hard work. 861 online shopping vouchers worth 500,000 VND each supported by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour were also promptly distributed to union members and workers.

With a total budget of over 1.6 billion VND, the program has brought an early, warm and meaningful Tet atmosphere to thousands of workers working in industrial parks in the area.

These activities contribute to creating a joyful atmosphere, connecting union members and workers, with a total value of support and prizes of over 30 million VND.

According to Mr. Khong Son Thanh - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation, Head of the Trade Union of Industrial Parks of Phu Tho province, this is a key activity in the work of caring for Tet for union members and workers.

The goal of the Trade Union is for all union members and workers to have Tet, celebrate Tet, feel secure in their work and be attached to the business for a long time," Mr. Thanh emphasized.
