Thanh Khe Ward Union, Da Nang awards 1,350 shopping vouchers to workers
Da Nang - Thanh Khe Ward Trade Union organizes the implementation of tasks in 2026 and gives Tet support to union members and workers.
On January 25, Thanh Khe Ward Trade Union (Da Nang City) announced that it had held a conference to summarize trade union activities in 2025, deploy key tasks in 2026 and provide support to union members and workers in difficult circumstances on the occasion of Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026.
At the conference, delegates listened to a report on the results of trade union activities in 2025. Accordingly, Thanh Khe Ward Trade Union currently manages 149 grassroots trade unions, with more than 6,500 union members. Over the past year, the Ward Union has focused on taking care of the material and spiritual lives of union members and workers through many practical programs such as supporting difficulties, preferential loans, taking care of workers' children during holidays, Tet, and promptly supporting workers affected by natural disasters and epidemics.
In addition, movements to compete for good labor, creative labor, and build harmonious and stable labor relations continue to be promoted. The ward union also focuses on developing union members, strengthening grassroots union organizations, and gradually improving the quality of activities in the context of implementing the two-level local government model.
Speaking at the conference, the leaders of the Thanh Khe Ward Party Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of the Ward Trade Union in 2025, and at the same time proposed that in 2026, continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, taking union members and workers as the center, strengthening the role of representation, protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers.
On this occasion, many collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement for good labor and building a strong trade union organization were commended by the Da Nang City Labor Federation.
Thanh Khe Ward Trade Union also symbolically presented 1,350 shopping vouchers and 115 Tet gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances, part of the series of activities "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan Ung Deng" in 2026, with a total cost of Tet care of up to hundreds of millions of VND.
