Nghe An - To promptly listen and accompany workers, Luxshare-ICT Nghe An Company organizes monthly dialogues with workers.
On January 10, Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor announced that from January 2026, the Trade Union of Luxshare-ICT Nghe An Company will implement a program to answer questions about welfare regimes and related issues for employees. The program will be held periodically every month.
Previously, on January 8, the program was held for the first time. Here, the contents of the workers' interest such as: wages, union benefits, work allowances, working hours, insurance, recruitment and other related policies were answered directly and clearly by the company.
Through this activity, the Company and the Trade Union hope to build an open and transparent working environment, enhance understanding and companionship with employees, thereby helping employees feel secure in their work, stay long-term and develop with the enterprise.
According to the plan, the program will be held on the 8th - 9th of each month at the employee cafeteria. Thereby, creating favorable conditions for workers to exchange, reflect and ask questions directly to the functional departments.
