Continuously caring for union members and workers in the Industry and Trade sector
The work of caring for union members and workers in the whole industry has been focused on and regularly implemented by the Vietnam Trade Union for Industry and Trade.
To help union members and workers have a spacious house and feel secure in their work, the Vietnam Trade Union of Industry and Trade supports 3 Trade Union Shelters for the Vietnam Paper Corporation Trade Union and the Vietnam Chemical Industry Trade Union with an amount of 150 million VND.
Following the success of the 2024 Trade Union Meal Program, based on the direction of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the Vietnam Trade Union of Industry and Trade continues to implement the Guidelines on organizing Trade Union Meals in 2025.
The Vietnam Trade Union considers this a political activity, especially an opportunity for workers, trade union organizations and business leaders to share, confide, and create an atmosphere of solidarity and understanding. Thereby strengthening the trust and attachment of union members and workers to the Trade Union organization and enterprises.
The grassroots trade unions and affiliated grassroots trade unions have proactively coordinated with professional staff at the same level to deploy and organize the Union Meal at the unit, ensuring that it is suitable for the conditions and actual situation of the enterprise as well as the purpose and significance of this activity.
In reality, the Union Meals of the units have improved and improved the quality of workers' meals. This has contributed to encouraging and creating joy for union members and workers so that they can also see their responsibility towards the enterprise and the Trade Union organization.
