Vinh Long - The Union Meal Program takes care of 96,095 union members and workers attending, with a total cost of more than 4.8 billion VND.

According to the report for the third quarter of 2025 of the Provincial Federation of Labor (PFF), the 2025 Trade Union Meal program organized by the Provincial Federation of Labor Standing Committee has left many deep impressions.

At three locations in Ben Tre, Vinh Long and Tra Vinh provinces (before the merger), the program attracted 27,350 union members and workers to participate. The total cost for this activity is 1,360,000,000 VND.

In addition, 73 grassroots trade unions (CDCS) also coordinated with the board of directors of companies to organize this meaningful activity. Nearly 69,000 union members and workers attended the Union Meal at their facilities.

The total budget for these programs is more than 3.5 billion VND. The funding source is mobilized from union finances and support from enterprises.

This activity contributes to strengthening solidarity between workers and the Trade Union organization. At the same time, it creates a bond between the union and the employer.

This is one of the effective activities to care for the material and spiritual lives of union members and workers. The program was highly appreciated and received the consensus and support of employers, union members and workers.

Not only stopping at meals, the Trade Unions also organize many other activities. A typical example is the Trade Union of CY Vina Company Limited giving gifts to 3,200 union members worth nearly 600 million VND. The Trade Union and the Board of Directors of Alliance One Garment Company Limited organized 510 union members to visit and travel in Phu Quoc.

The total cost of the trip was nearly 1.7 billion VND (partly contributed by employees and support companies). This activity shows the deep concern of the trade union and enterprises.
