Health check-ups, medicine distribution and gifts for 300 people in Ha Tinh
Ha Tinh - 300 people from policy families, the elderly, and people in difficult circumstances residing in Huong Son commune have just been examined, given medicine and gifts.
On February 28, in Huong Son commune, the Vietnam Medical Union coordinated with the Central Traditional Medicine Hospital and Huong Son Medical Center to organize a program of medical examination, health consultation and gift giving to policy families and the elderly.
At the program, a team of professionally skilled and experienced doctors and physicians conducted health check-ups, health consultations, and free medicine distribution for 300 people with meritorious services to the revolution, policy families, and the elderly in Huong Son commune.
Doctors conducted a general examination, checked common diseases such as: hypertension, cardiovascular disease, stomach, respiratory disease... and advised on appropriate treatment and care directions.
At the program, the organizers presented 300 gifts, each gift including medicine and necessities worth 1 million VND to people who came for free medical examination.
Medical examination, health consultation and free medicine distribution activities contribute to caring for and improving the health of policy families, people with meritorious services and the elderly in Huong Son commune.
This is a meaningful activity of the Vietnam Medical Union, Central Traditional Medicine Hospital and Huong Son Medical Center on the occasion of the 71st anniversary of Vietnamese Doctors' Day.
