More than 3,000 union members and workers in Ea H'Leo are cared for and supported

On June 16, information from the Ea H'Leo District Labor Federation said that the unit had just held the 10th Executive Committee Conference (expanded) for the 2023-2028 term to evaluate the results of union activities in the first 6 months of 2025.
Ea H'Leo District Labor Federation is managing 109 grassroots unions with a total of 3,042 union members.
In the first 6 months of 2025, trade unions at all levels in the district have closely coordinated with heads of agencies, units and business owners to effectively implement grassroots democracy regulations.
Trade unions at all levels also promptly propagate and disseminate the Party's guidelines and resolutions, the State's policies and laws.
In particular, trade unions at all levels have also widely implemented the revolution in restructuring the apparatus and streamlining the payroll to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of operations.
Trade unions at all levels also actively study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in conjunction with the work of building a clean and strong Party and political system.
In addition, the work of caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers continues to receive attention.
During the Lunar New Year and Workers' Month in 2025, the Ea H'Leo District Labor Federation visited and presented 2,826 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances with a total amount of more than 160 million VND.
Support the construction and repair of 6 "Union Shelters" with a total cost of over 300 million VND.
Trade unions at all levels in the district have introduced 106 outstanding union members for the Party organization to consider, train and admit.
On this occasion, the Executive Committee of the Dak Lak Provincial Federation of Labor awarded Certificates of Merit to 1 collective and 12 gifts to support union members in especially difficult circumstances.
Ea H'Leo District Labor Federation also awarded certificates of merit to 21 collectives and 95 individuals with outstanding achievements in the movement of workers, civil servants, laborers and trade union activities.
