Supporting 43 million VND for a worker's family whose child drowned

Lam Dong - B'Lao Ward Trade Union and Atlantic Vietnam Company Trade Union visited and presented support to the family of a worker whose child drowned.

On December 30, the B'Lao Ward Trade Union (Lam Dong) said that the unit had coordinated with the Trade Union of Atlantic Vietnam Trading Company Limited to visit, encourage and provide support to Mr. Pham Van Quyen's family.

Mr. Quyen is a worker at Atlantic Vietnam Trading Company Limited (Loc Son Industrial Park - B'Lao Ward) and a member of the grassroots union. His family unfortunately had a child who drowned and died.

At the visit, the B'Lao Ward Trade Union and the Company's Trade Union presented 43 million VND in support to Mr. Quyen's family. Of which, the ward union supported 3 million VND, the grassroots union supported 40 million VND.

The support activities demonstrate the concern and sharing of the trade union organization, contributing to helping Mr. Quyen's family overcome difficulties and soon stabilize their lives.

Previously, as reported by Lao Dong Newspaper, on December 21, three students aged 8-10 went to the self-diged lake area in Dong Do Residential Area (Loc Son Industrial Park, residential group 18, B'Lao ward) to have fun.

While playing, the children unfortunately fell into the lake. A man discovered and promptly came down to rescue them, bringing them safely to shore. P.V.Q (8 years old, son of Mr. Pham Van Quyen) did not survive.
