Luc Yen Commune Labor Union visits and presents gifts to union members in difficulty

On January 7, information from the Luc Yen Commune Trade Union, the unit has just organized a working group to visit, work and give gifts to union members and workers at Viet Sinh Mineral Exploitation Joint Stock Company - a business with a new grassroots union established in September 2025 with nearly 30 union members.

At the meeting, the working group directly grasped the organization and operation of grassroots trade unions after implementing the two-level local government model; at the same time, specifically learned about the number of union members, jobs, income, working conditions as well as the thoughts and aspirations of workers working at enterprises.

The delegation also listened to and accepted the opinions and recommendations of grassroots trade unions and union members related to difficulties and problems in the process of implementing trade union tasks, developing union members, organizing emulation movements and caring for workers' lives.

Contents beyond the authority are compiled, reported and proposed by the Luc Yen Commune Union for consideration and support to be resolved by the superior union.

On this occasion, the Luc Yen Commune Union presented gifts to union members of Viet Sinh Mineral Exploitation Joint Stock Company, giving priority to those in difficult circumstances.

The activities demonstrate the concern and responsibility of the trade union organization towards workers, contributing to encouraging union members to work with peace of mind, actively compete in labor production and stay with the enterprise for a long time.
