Cam Khe Commune Trade Union focuses on caring for the lives of workers

Entering the first quarter of 2026, the Commune Trade Union has developed a plan to implement and direct grassroots trade unions to organize Tet care activities for union members and workers. Promptly grasp the ideological situation, life, jobs, and income of workers and employees in agencies, units, and businesses.

Through review, the Commune Trade Union has supported 756 Tet gifts for workers and employees in difficult circumstances; supported 251 union members and workers to participate in the Trade Union Tet Market; awarded 94 bus tickets to union members far from home to celebrate Tet; visited and presented gifts to 4 full-time trade union officials who have retired. The total implementation cost is 911.7 million VND, from the support source of the Provincial Labor Federation.

In addition, the Commune Trade Union coordinated to organize a Tet gift program of Mr. Nguyen Huu Dong - Member of the Party Central Committee, Member of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Chairman of the National Assembly's Delegation Affairs Committee - to 30 union members and workers in difficult circumstances at Yi Da Vietnam Co., Ltd.

In addition, the Commune Trade Union also guides grassroots Trade Unions to coordinate with unit leaders to organize good activities to care for workers such as: year-end meals for more than 300 employees at Hoa Phat Poultry Co., Ltd.; Spring Greetings 2026 program at Yi Da Vietnam Co., Ltd., attracting more than 5,100 workers to participate.

According to reports from units, there are 7 enterprises rewarding the 13th month salary to employees; 12/13 grassroots trade unions organized Tet gifts for union members and workers with levels from 300,000 - 500,000 VND/person. The total budget supported by grassroots trade unions during Tet is over 2.2 billion VND.
