Trade unions in Lam Dong bring Mid-Autumn Festival to workers' families
Lam Dong - The Trade Union of Hoang Uyen Company Limited has just organized a Mid-Autumn Festival program with many meaningful activities, connecting workers with their cousins.
On October 7, Mr. Le Minh Thuan - Chairman of the Trade Union of Hoang Uyen Company Limited, in Tien Thanh Ward (Lam Dong Province) - said that the unit had just organized a Mid-Autumn Festival program for workers and children.
The program is an opportunity for the union and the Board of Directors of the company to express gratitude for the efforts and contributions of workers. All union members, workers and children participated in many joyful and warm activities.
The union also organized a party worth 350,000 VND/meal for families to gather and give moon cakes to union members and workers. The children were also given lanterns and gifts worth VND 200,000/gift.
"We hope to bring a warm Mid-Autumn Festival, connecting union members and workers' families," Mr. Thuan shared.
Ms. Dao Thi Ha Ny - Chairwoman of Tien Thanh Ward Trade Union - assessed that the Hoang Uyen Company Limited Trade Union always cares about taking care of workers' lives. In addition to the Mid-Autumn Festival, holidays, Tet, birthdays... are all organized to meet and give gifts to union members.
The union also proactively proposed that the Board of Directors develop many welfare policies, helping employees become more attached to the company. Since then, the Board of Directors has always accompanied the union to take care of jobs, increase income and improve the lives of workers, said Ms. Ny.
