Vinh Phu Ward Labor Union organizes Mid-Autumn Festival for workers

Attending the program were comrades: Phan Thi Trang - Deputy Head of the Provincial Federation of Labor's Trade Union; Mr. Ho Sy Dung - Chairman of the Vinh Phu Ward Fatherland Front Committee; Nham Sy Thanh - Director of Lotte Mart Trading Joint Stock Company - Vinh Branch; representatives of enterprises, sponsors and grassroots trade unions.

The Happy Mid-Autumn Festival program is organized by Vinh Phu Ward Trade Union in coordination with Lotte Mart Trading Joint Stock Company - Vinh Branch, Provincial General Hospital and businesses in the ward.

48 children of union members and workers in difficult circumstances with high academic achievements were presented with gifts including moon cakes and 300,000 VND; the Provincial General Hospital distributed free nutritional medicine to the children.

Ms. Tran Le Thi - Chairman of Vinh Phu Ward Trade Union wished the children a happy and warm Mid-Autumn Festival with unforgettable memories, and at the same time hoped that they would have good health and improve their studies and lives.

The Chairman of Vinh Phu Ward Trade Union thanked grassroots trade unions for actively participating in and implementing activities for children on the occasion of the Mid-Autumn Festival; thanked sponsors for giving meaningful gifts to children and thanked union members and workers for always paying attention to and participating in activities organized by the union.

Mr. Phan Thanh Nguyen, a member of the Trade Union of Son Nam International Joint Stock Company, shared: "In the past few days, my child has been very happy to hear that he received the Mid-Autumn Festival gift from the Ward Trade Union, he has a congenital heart disease, I am really touched by the care, encouragement, and joy for him from the Ward Trade Union".
