Currently, the average income of workers in these units is 13-15 million VND/person/month. Policies on social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and 24h accident insurance are all fully implemented. Salary, bonus and support were also paid in full.

In addition, grassroots trade unions also coordinate to organize many cultural and sports activities to improve spiritual life, create a friendly working space, ensure occupational safety and hygiene and build a clean and beautiful environmental landscape.

Also within the framework of the program, the Trade Union Board of Lao Cai Industrial Parks coordinated with enterprises to organize a "Union Meal" at Golden phosphorus Production Company 3.
