Aleron Vietnam Shoe Company Trade Union organizes "Tet Sum vay" for workers
Thanh Hoa - At the program "Tet Sum vay - Spring of Gratitude to the Party" organized by the Company's Trade Union, hundreds of gifts were given to union members in difficult circumstances.
On the afternoon of January 31, the Trade Union of Aleron Vietnam Shoe Co., Ltd. coordinated with the Company's Board of Directors to organize the program "Tet Sum vay - Spring of Gratitude to the Party" for union members and workers (NLĐ).
Attending the program were Mr. Luong Trong Thanh - Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation; representatives of leaders of Aleron Vietnam Shoe Co., Ltd.; Company Trade Union; Trade Unions of units and businesses, along with hundreds of union members and workers.
According to a representative of the Trade Union of Aleron Vietnam Shoe Co., Ltd., the program is an annual activity of practical significance, showing the concern and responsibility of the trade union organization and businesses towards employees, especially union members in difficult circumstances and workers far from home.
At the program, the Company's Trade Union implemented many rich activities such as: decorating Tet miniatures, organizing folk games, the art program "Tet Sum vay - Spring of Gratitude to the Party" and drawing lots with many meaningful gifts.
Through the program, the spirit of solidarity and sharing in the workforce continues to spread, affirming the role of trade union organizations in accompanying businesses to care for and protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
Speaking at the program, Mr. Luong Trong Thanh - Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation highly appreciated the results that the Trade Union of Aleron Vietnam Shoe Co., Ltd. has achieved in caring for the lives of union members and workers.
Mr. Thanh emphasized that a sustainable development enterprise is an enterprise that knows how to promote the position and role of union members and workers; pay attention to vocational training, encourage innovation and care for the welfare of workers. In that spirit, he hopes that businesses and workers will continue to accompany, strive, and develop together.
On this occasion, representatives of the Provincial Labor Federation, Aleron Vietnam Shoe Co., Ltd. and the Company's Trade Union presented gifts to 223 union members and workers in difficult circumstances; supported bus tickets for 65 workers far away to return to their hometowns for Tet, with a total amount of over 150 million VND.
In addition, within the framework of the program, the Company's Trade Union also organized a lucky draw, attracting the enthusiastic participation of a large number of workers with many practical gifts such as: refrigerators, washing machines, induction cookers, frying pans, oil-free fryers, and electric kettles.
It is known that before the "Tet Sum vay - Spring of Gratitude to the Party" program took place, representatives of the Provincial Labor Federation, departments, branches and Trade Unions of companies directly came to the production workshop to visit and encourage workers.
