Thanh Hoa Trade Union awards cultural standard titles to 31 units
Thanh Hoa - The Provincial Trade Union recognized 31 units meeting cultural standards, contributing to building a civilized working environment, for the benefit of union members and workers.
On January 22, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation announced that it had just recognized 31 agencies, units and enterprises that met cultural standards in 2025.
In recent times, implementing the Prime Minister's "All people unite to build a cultural life" movement for the period 2021-2026, the Trade Unions at all levels have advised Party committees, proactively coordinated with the government, professional staff and employers to promote the movement to build "Cultural standard agencies, units and enterprises".
Through the appraisal, the units were recognized as having well implemented grassroots democracy regulations; built a "green - clean - beautiful" working environment; ensured occupational safety and hygiene; effectively maintained cultural, artistic and sports activities, contributing to improving the spiritual life of workers.
At the conference to summarize the work in 2025 and deploy tasks in 2026, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor recognized the title of "Cultural standard agency, unit, and enterprise" for 31 units and enterprises in the province.
The construction of agencies, units and enterprises that meet cultural standards contributes to creating a healthy working environment, raising awareness of responsibility, industrial style, promoting the creative labor emulation movement among workers and laborers; at the same time, affirming the accompanying role of the Trade Union organization in building a civilized and progressive working environment for the benefit of union members and laborers.
