Grassroots trade union organizes year-end meal for workers

At noon on February 5th, the grassroots trade union of Hai Trieu Co., Ltd. coordinated with the enterprise to organize a trade union year-end meal for all union members and workers working at the unit.

The activity takes place at a company in Phan Thiet Industrial Park, Lam Dong province.

According to the grassroots trade union, the program is organized for 2 days, on the 5th and 6th. 2. Each union member and worker is fully entitled to 2 year-end meals.

Each meal is worth 70,000 VND. In which, the trade union supports an additional 20,000 VND/meal to improve the quality of meals.

The organization of the year-end meal shows the practical concern of the trade union organization for the material and spiritual life of workers.

This is also an opportunity for workers to have time to gather and share after a year of hard work, contributing to creating a cohesive atmosphere in the business.

Also within the framework of the program, the grassroots Trade Union of Hai Trieu Co., Ltd. awarded certificates of merit to 14 union members with typical and outstanding achievements in labor and production.

This is a timely recognition of the efforts and contributions of workers to the overall development of the enterprise.

According to Ms. Le Huynh Thi Hoa Phuong - Chairwoman of Binh Thuan Ward Trade Union, the trade union year-end meal is one of the practical forms of care for union members and workers.

Thereby, encouraging the spirit of workers when Tet comes, spring returns, helping workers feel secure at work and stick with the business for a long time.
