Trade union year-end meal of workers of TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company
Dong Nai - Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour Nguyen Xuan Hung and leaders of the Dong Nai Provincial Confederation of Labour attended the Trade Union Year-end Dinner with 34,000 TKG Taekwang Vina workers.
On February 3rd, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hung - Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, along with leaders of the Dong Nai Provincial Labor Federation, the Board of Directors of the Company and the grassroots Trade Union, attended the Trade Union Year-end Meal with more than 34,000 workers of TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company (Bien Hoa 2 Industrial Park, Tran Bien Ward, Dong Nai Province).
The Trade Union's year-end meal has a meal value of about 70,000 VND, many times higher than usual, including dishes such as: braised pork with eggs, bitter melon soup stuffed with meat, shrimp, soft drinks, cakes,... ensuring nutrition for workers working in production.
Speaking at the program, Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour Nguyen Xuan Hung affirmed that the trade union always cares about union members and workers, especially during the traditional Tet holiday of the nation.
Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Nguyen Xuan Hung also praised the grassroots trade union of TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company under the support of the company's Board of Directors for operating effectively in the past time, taking good care of workers' lives, preventing complicated labor disputes; thanked union members and workers for competing in labor production to create high productivity for the company to develop more and more.
Also at the Trade Union New Year's Eve Meal program, union members and workers were also given Tet gifts, Tet train tickets, and were given lucky draws with many high-value prizes such as motorbikes, TVs, refrigerators, washing machines...
After attending the Trade Union New Year's Eve Meal with workers, Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour Nguyen Xuan Hung and leaders of the Dong Nai Provincial Confederation of Labour, the grassroots Trade Union of TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company, and the Long Hung Ward Trade Union continued to visit, encourage and give gifts to 2 workers suffering from dangerous diseases in Long Hung Ward and at Dong Nai Provincial General Hospital, and provide support to union members and workers so that they have more motivation to overcome difficulties, each gift worth 10 million VND/person.
