Trade union comprehensively cares for workers to welcome a warm Tet

On February 8, Mr. Bui Viet Hung - Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union of Da Lat Yarn Co., Ltd. (Phat Chi Industrial Cluster, Xuan Truong ward - Da Lat, Lam Dong province) said that this is a 100% foreign-invested enterprise, specializing in producing yarn from sheep wool for export, currently employing more than 300 workers.

Over the past time, the Trade Union Executive Committee has always accompanied the Company's Board of Directors in ensuring jobs, stable income and caring for the lives of employees.

During the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026, 100% of workers will receive a bonus of the 13th month's salary; workers with high productivity and quality will also receive additional bonuses.

In addition, the Company's Board of Directors presented Tet gifts to all employees, each worth 550,000 VND, including Tet necessities.

On this occasion, the company also presented 100 Tet gifts to poor households and households in difficult circumstances, each gift including a gift worth 450,000 VND and 100,000 VND in cash. The trade union organization alone presented Tet gifts to 100% of union members, each gift worth more than 570,000 VND.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Hang - a worker at Da Lat Yarn Co., Ltd. - shared that meaningful Tet gifts not only help workers have a more fulfilling Tet but are also a source of spiritual encouragement for everyone to be more excited when Tet comes, spring returns.
