Online Tet market with 4,000 e-vouchers

At this time, the Tet shopping atmosphere of union members and workers in the province is bustling in a rather new way. With just a few steps on the smartphone, union members can choose essential food and consumer goods through the online program "Union Tet Market - Spring 2026" organized by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.

This is considered a form of care suitable for the working conditions of workers, especially those who work in shifts and have less time to go shopping directly.

To participate, union members only need to access the program's website or application, log in according to the instructions, choose products and pay by e-voucher. Goods are delivered on the spot or in the form of regulations, helping workers save time and travel costs.

On January 13, Mr. Nguyen Phu Hoang - Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation - said that the program was implemented locally in two phases. Up to now, the Provincial Federation of Labor has sent a list of proposals to the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to approve the issuance of 4,000 e-vouchers to union members. In the first phase alone, 2,334 e-vouchers were issued. Of which, more than 1,500 e-vouchers were used for shopping.

According to the leader of the Provincial Federation of Labor, the number of union members participating in online shopping is increasing rapidly every day, especially as the Lunar New Year is approaching - the time when workers' families spend more.

To make the "Tet market" go smoothly, trade unions at all levels are required to implement it flexibly, providing timely support to union members, especially workers in remote areas, areas with difficulty or limited access to technology. Grassroots trade unions, commune, ward and special zone trade unions play a bridging role, guiding and answering questions for union members.

Ms. Tran Thu Van - Chairman of Ham Liem Commune Trade Union - said that union members are very excited to approach the new form of shopping, in which workers in Phan Thiet Industrial Park participate quite heavily. "Many people take advantage of lunch break or after work to go to the app to choose Tet goods" - Ms. Van shared.

Although shopping by e-voucher, the quality of goods is still a top priority. The products in the program are mainly essential goods for Tet, produced and distributed by reputable enterprises, with clear origins and a full customer care regime.

Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Mai, a union member working at a company in an industrial park, said that the support of 500,000 VND is not too large but very meaningful at the time of Tet.

Thanks to e-vouchers, I can buy more food and necessary items for my family, more importantly, I feel the attention of the Trade Union organization, helping workers feel secure at work and celebrate Tet more warmly and fully, said Ms. Mai.
