Cao Bang - The program "Following in His Footsteps" has just been organized in Truong Ha commune.

On the morning of January 28, in Truong Ha commune (Cao Bang province), the Department of Political Work (Ministry of Public Security) in coordination with the Fatherland Front Committee of Cao Bang province organized the program "Following the Footsteps of the People".

At the program, the Organizing Committee and accompanying units presented gifts and financial support with a total value of more than 2.5 billion VND to poor households, policy families, students in difficult circumstances who strive to study well and implement many social security projects in the province.

Specifically, 1,700 gifts were presented to poor households, policy families, students and grassroots police and security forces.

Sponsors also supported the construction of 4 "Mechanical Rooms for Children" projects, awarded 200 online English scholarships, 20 computer sets to students and schools; supported the construction of 4 houses "House of Compassion", "House 19/8".

According to him, meaningful gifts and projects are a source of encouragement for the Party Committee, government and local people to continue to strive to build the Party, ensure national defense and security, develop socio-economy, and improve people's lives.

On the same day, Mr. Huynh Thanh Xuan - Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and leaders of the Cao Bang Provincial Fatherland Front Committee visited and presented gifts to union members, workers, and laborers in difficult circumstances at An Minh Co., Ltd.

The delegation presented 20 gifts, each gift including 1 million VND in cash and Tet gifts worth 300 thousand VND.

At the visit, Comrade Huynh Thanh Xuan requested trade union levels and businesses to continue to pay attention to caring for life, improving skills, ensuring labor safety for workers, contributing to building harmonious and stable labor relations.
