Business Trade Union opens foreign language classes for workers
Thanh Hoa - The Trade Union of Annora Vietnam Shoe Company coordinates with businesses to open Chinese and English classes, contributing to improving the quality of human resources.
On June 30, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation said that in order to improve the quality of human resources, the Trade Union of Annora Vietnam Shoe Co., Ltd. has coordinated with the business leadership to organize the opening of the third Chinese and English language training classes for officials and employees.
The training program focuses on improving listening, speaking and communication skills, helping workers conveniently exchange work with employers and foreign experts, while accessing advanced knowledge, technology and management methods.
Representatives of the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Annora Vietnam Footwear Co., Ltd. said that investing in training is investing in the long-term development of the enterprise. Improving foreign language proficiency not only helps employees improve their skills and work efficiency, but also creates conditions to increase income through foreign language proficiency promotion exams organized annually by the company.
The course attracted 65 students. The students all showed serious, responsible learning spirit and determination to improve their foreign language proficiency. Many workers and laborers shared that this is an opportunity to develop skills, expand career opportunities and be more confident in their work.
