Weekend coffee with workers and laborers in Ho Chi Minh City

On June 21, Long Dien Commune Trade Union (HCMC) organized the program "Weekend Coffee with Workers and Laborers" in the commune.

This is the 2nd time the program has been organized by Long Dien Commune Trade Union, with the participation of grassroots trade unions and 30 union members and workers participating. Through this, exchange and grasp the situation of employment, life, income, difficulties and obstacles that workers and laborers are facing; Propagate the Party's guidelines, the State's policies and laws and contents related to the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.

In the program held on June 21, Long Dien Commune Trade Union recorded 5 opinions related to regimes for employees, maternity regimes, procedures for resolving questions at units, seniority regimes for employees. At the same time, directly answering questions, meeting the thoughts of employees through the dialogue session.

According to Long Dien Commune Trade Union, this is a practical activity to create a space for meeting and listening to the thoughts and aspirations of union members, workers and laborers in the area. Through the program, it helps the Trade Union organization promote its role in accompanying and caring for the material and spiritual life of union members and laborers; contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations, creating motivation for laborers to feel secure in working and attached to businesses and localities.
