Standards and conditions for reappointing civil servants in leadership and management positions
Decree 170/2025/ND-CP regulates the recruitment, use and management of civil servants.
In which, the standards and conditions for reappointing civil servants in leadership and management positions are based on Article 37.
Article 37. Standards and conditions for reappointment
1. Complete tasks within the term of leadership and management position.
2. Meet the standards for leadership and management positions according to the regulations of competent authorities at the time of reappointment.
3. Agencies and organizations with needs for leadership and management positions.
4. Good enough to fulfill assigned tasks and responsibilities.
5. Not to be prohibited from holding positions as prescribed by law.
In addition, the authority decides to reappoint and extend the term of office as a leader and manager until the retirement age according to Article 38.
Article 38. The authority decides to reappoint, extend the time holding leadership and management positions until retirement age
The authority to decide on the appointment shall reappoint the person, extending the time holding the leadership and management position.
