Time is included in the time holding the professional title of preschool teacher grade III

According to the provisions of Article 13 of Circular 13/2024/TT-BGDDT, the determination of the equivalent professional title holding period for public preschool and general education teachers includes the following:

- The period included in the professional title of preschool teacher grade III (code V.07.02.26) includes:

+ Time holding the professional title of preschool teacher grade III (code V.07.02.26),

+ Time for teachers to hold the professional title of preschool teacher grade III (code V.07.02.05);

+ Time for teachers to hold the professional title of preschool teacher grade IV (code V.07.02.06);

+ Time to hold the position of main preschool teacher (code 15a.206);

+ Time to hold the position of preschool teacher (code 15.115);

+ Other time determined by competent authorities equivalent to the ranks and ranks specified in Point a, Point b, Point c, Point d, Point d, Clause 1, Article 13 of Circular 13/2024/TT-BGDDT when teachers are transferred the professional title of preschool teacher;

+ Working time in accordance with the provisions of law, with compulsory social insurance payment that meets the Government's regulations at Point d, Clause 1, Article 32 of Decree 115/2020/ND-CP has been amended and supplemented in Clause 16, Article 1 of Decree 85/2023/ND-CP.
