Standards and conditions for considering promotion to the professional title of Grade I university reserve teacher

Article 12 of Circular No. 13/2024/TT-BGDDT stipulates as follows:

University reserve teachers are eligible to register for promotion to the professional title of university reserve teachers, grade I (code V.07.07.17) when meeting the following standards and conditions:

1. Having been appointed to the professional title of university reserve teacher grade II (code V.07.07.18).

2. During the period of holding the professional title of reserve university teacher grade II and equivalent, having worked for 5 consecutive years before the year of consideration for promotion of professional titles is classified as having good quality at completing tasks or higher, of which at least 2 years are classified as having excellent quality at completing tasks; having good political qualities and professional ethics; not within the disciplinary period; not within the period of implementing regulations related to discipline according to the Party's regulations and the law.

3. Meet the standards on training and fostering qualifications of the professional title of Grade I university reserve teacher as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 6 of Circular No. 22/2023/TT-BGDDT.

4. Meet the standards on professional competence and skills of the professional title of Grade I university reserve teacher as prescribed in Clause 3, Article 6 of Circular No. 22/2023/TT-BGDDT.

5. Meet the requirements for the duration of holding the professional title of reserve university teacher grade II (including the duration of holding the equivalent rank) as prescribed in Point i, Clause 3, Article 6, Circular No. 22/2023/TT-BGDDT.
