Authority to receive civil servants of public service units as civil servants
The authority to receive civil servants of public service units as civil servants is based on Decree No. 170/2025/ND-CP.
Clause 2, Article 13 of Decree No. 170/2025/ND-CP (effective from July 1, 2025) stipulates the authority to receive civil servants as follows:
a) The head of the competent recruiting agency decides to accept the cases specified in Point b, Point c, Point d, Clause 1 of this Article;
b) The head of the civil servant management agency decides to accept the cases specified in Point a, Point d, Point e, Point g, Point h, Clause 1 of this Article.
The subjects at Point b, Clause 1, Article 13 are civil servants working at public service units.
Thus, the authority to decide to accept civil servants working at public service units is the head of the competent recruitment agency.
