Regulations on sperm deposition, deferral, and embryos deposition from October 2025

The Lao Dong Newspaper Legal Consulting Office replied:
Clause 1, Article 9 of Decree 207/2025/ND-CP (effective from October 1, 2025) stipulates sperm deposition, amenorrhea deposition, and embryos deposition as follows:
1. sperm sending, amenorrhea sending, and embryos sending are carried out in the following cases:
a) The husband who is being treated for infertility is sent sperm;
b) The wife who is being treated for infertility is sent a discount;
c) Couple, single woman being treated for infertility received an embryo;
d) People who wish to keep them personal.
Thus, from October 1, 2025, sperm sending, amenorrhea sending, and embryos sending will be carried out according to the above regulations.
