The People's Committee of Da Nang City issued Official Letter 3830/UBND-SNV on instructions on resolving regimes, policies and arranging and assigning non-professional workers at the commune level.

The Government issued Decree 154/2025/ND-CP regulating staff streamlining. Clause 4, Article 2 of Decree 154/2025/ND-CP stipulates the subjects of policy application as follows:
