Documents to resolve the dissolvement of public service units
The dossier for resolving the dissolvement of public service units is based on Decree 120/2020/ND-СР.
According to Article 18 of Decree 120/2020/ND-СР, the dossier for reorganizing and dissolving public service units includes:
- Project to dissolve public service units;
- Proposal to dissolve public service units;
- Draft documents of the competent authority or person deciding to dissolve the public service unit;
- Documents of competent agencies and organizations confirming the fulfillment of obligations on finance, assets, land, loans, payables and other related issues (if any) in case of dissolution of public service units.
The collection of opinions from relevant agencies and organizations; the order of sending and receiving documents; appraisal; handling documents and the time limit for resolving the dissolvement of public service units are carried out as prescribed for the establishment of public service units.
