Record of occupational disease investigation according to Circular 56
The newly issued Ministry of Health Circular 56/2025/TT-BYT guiding occupational disease management takes effect from February 15, 2026.
In which, the dossier for occupational disease investigation is based on Article 14.
Article 14. recorded work-related disease investigation
1. Minutes of the scene of the labor facility.
2. Related evidence and documents.
3. Management records of occupational hygiene, occupational health, and occupational diseases of labor facilities.
4. Minutes of direct interviews with employees, employers and other subjects related to labor hygiene management, employee health, and occupational diseases of labor facilities.
5. Results of examination and testing for cases where workers suspect occupational diseases (if any).
6. Minutes of investigation of occupational diseases.
7. Other documents related to the investigation of occupational diseases.
8. Time to keep the medical examination records according to the provisions of law.
