Codes and standards for professional titles of doctors, preventive medicine doctors, and nurses

Circular No. 41/2025/TT-BYT (effective from December 18, 2025) stipulates codes and professional title standards for doctors, preventive medicine doctors, and nurses as follows:

1. Group of doctors title, including:

a) Senior Doctor (class I), code: V.0801.01;

b) Main Doctor (grade II), code: V.0801.02;

c) Doctor (grade III), code: V. 8:0001.

2. The group of titles of preventive medicine doctors includes:

a) Senior preventive medicine doctor (grade I), code: V. 8:0002.04;

b) Main preventive medicine doctor (grade II), code: V. 8:0002.05;

c) Preventive Medicine Doctor (grade III), code: V. 8:0002.01.

3. title of Grade IV physician, code: V. 8:0003.07.

How to arrange salaries for library-related civil servants from January 15, 2026

According to Article 9 of Circular 02/2022/TT-BVHTTDL (amended and supplemented in Circular 15/2025/TT-BVHTTDL- effective from January 15, 2026), the salary arrangement for civil servants specializing in the library industry is regulated as follows:

- The professional titles of library-related civil servants specified in this Circular are applied in Table 3 (Professional and technical salary table for cadres and public employees in State public service units) issued with Decree 204/2004/ND-CP dated December 14, 2004 of the Government on salary regime for cadres, civil servants, public employees and armed forces, specifically as follows:

+ The professional title of Grade I bookstore teacher is applied to the salary scale of type A3 civil servants, group 2 (A3.2), from salary coefficient 5.75 to salary coefficient 7.55;

+ The professional title of Grade II bookstore teacher is applied to the salary scale of type A2 civil servants, group 2 (A2.2), from salary coefficient 4.00 to salary coefficient 6.38;

+ The professional title of Grade III bookstore teacher is applied to the salary scale of type A1 civil servants, from salary coefficient 2.34 to salary coefficient 4.98;

+ The professional title of Grade IV bookstore teacher is applied to the salary scale of Grade B civil servants, from salary coefficient 1.86 to salary coefficient 4.00.
