Salary of senior pharmacists in public health facilities

Point a, Clause 1, Article 10 of Joint Circular 27/2015/TTLT-BYT-BNV stipulates the salary arrangement for senior pharmaceutical officers as follows:

Article 10. How to arrange salaries

1. The pharmaceutical professional titles specified in this Joint Circular are applied to the Professional Salary Table for cadres and civil servants in State public service units (Table 3) issued with Decree 204/2004/ND-CP dated December 14, 2004 of the Government on salary regime for cadres, civil servants, public employees and armed forces, as follows:

a) The professional title of senior pharmaceutical pharmacian (code V. 8: 8:01) is applied to the salary coefficient of civil servants of type A3 (Group A3.1), from salary coefficient 6.20 to salary coefficient 8.00;

According to Decree 73/2024/ND-CP, the current basic salary is 2,340,000 VND/person/month.

In addition, Point a, Clause 1, Article 3 of Circular 07/2024/TT-BNV stipulates the method of calculating civil servant salaries as follows

Implemented salary = (Based salary 2,340,000 VND/month)

x (Current salary coefficient).
