Conditions for considering awards for science, technology and innovation
Conditions for considering awards of ministries, branches and localities for science, technology and innovation are based on Article 45 of Decree 263.
Article 45. Conditions for considering awards of ministries, branches and localities for science, technology and innovation.
1. Individuals and groups of authors and co-authors proposed for consideration for awards for science, technology and innovation must fully meet the following conditions:
a) Comply with the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State;
b) Not violating prohibited acts specified in Article 14 of the Law on Science, Technology and Innovation;
c) Comply with regulations related to scientific integrity and professional ethics as prescribed by law on science, technology and innovation.
2. Having scientific, technological and innovative works that simultaneously meet the following requirements:
a) Belonging to the professional field under the management of a ministry or branch, or implemented locally and directly serving the development of a ministry or branch or for the development of the economy, society, national defense and security of the locality;
b) Having been published or applied in practice up to the time of submitting the application for consideration for award;
c) Other conditions prescribed by ministries, branches and localities (if any).
