Employment with salaries up to 35 million VND/month in Hanoi in September

Hanoi Employment Service Center forecasts that the employment picture in the Capital in September 2026 will continue to be vibrant, but the pressure to shift the quality of personnel will become increasingly greater according to some key trends.

Accordingly, the recruitment demand is increasing in the field of construction and infrastructure due to the rapid progress of key transportation and infrastructure projects. This reality pushes the Construction industry into a fierce wave of human resource competition. To attract and retain labor, many contractors improve the actual remuneration level: construction engineer/supervisor reaches 15–35 million VND/month; technical workers and professional machine operators reach from 10–20 million VND/month depending on skills.

Hanoi Employment Service Center said that in September, recruitment demand also broke through in the wholesale, retail and consumer service industries. After a series of activities serving the peak of National Day 2/9, retail businesses, supermarket systems, and restaurant - culinary chains continue to accelerate the recruitment of sales, business, and customer care personnel to meet the purchasing power maintained at a high level during the school start season, Mid-Autumn Festival, and the year-end shopping stimulus period.

Recruitment demand in the marketing and digital media industry is also vibrant with the boom of e-commerce and business on social media platforms, promoting businesses to strengthen the recruitment of young workers in internship positions, content creation, digital marketing and advertising optimization. This is a force that is quick to adapt to trends, helping businesses optimize costs and increase brand recognition.

According to Mr. Vu Quang Thanh - Deputy Director of Hanoi Employment Service Center, the policy orientation for developing high-quality human resources of Hanoi City is focusing on implementing strategic policies on developing human resources in information technology, semiconductor microchips and attracting talents (associated with the concretization of the Capital Law), through institute-school-business linkage plans to build a sustainable high-tech human resource ecosystem.
