VinFast Ha Tinh electric car factory recruits 3,000 workers
Ha Tinh - VinFast Production and Trading Joint Stock Company - Ha Tinh Branch announced that it needs to recruit 3,000 workers to work at VinFast Ha Tinh Automobile Factory.
According to the announcement, VinFast Ha Tinh Electric Car Factory (located in Vung Ang Economic Zone) is in need of recruiting 3,000 jobs.
Recruitment interview time is January 23, 2026 at Ha Tinh Employment Service Center (No. 156 Tran Phu Street, Thanh Sen Ward, Ha Tinh Province). Employees recruited to work at the company have an income of 12 million - 18 million VND/person/month for the worker position. The company rewards 10 million VND for workers who go to work before January 31, 2026.
For the positions of engineer, technician, team leader, and specialist, the negotiated salary is up to 40 million VND/person/month and is rewarded with KPI, seniority bonus, and many other benefits.
